Ben Mountford

I am a performance and results focused finance professional with 18 years’ experience in the retail fresh produce industry, including 11 years’ experience in the professional accounting and business services industry.

With a professional background in accounting, working at major chartered accounting firms, I have extensive experience in the retail, wholesale and food services businesses.

Since transitioning into the retail/wholesale fresh produce sector, I have been able to utilise my accounting/finance knowledge to facilitate continued process improvement.

I am responsible for multiple facets of the business, both on an operational basis and a strategic basis, along with building and managing a successful finance team. Through the delivering of strong measurement tools, alongside the MD/CEO, we are able to continue to increase our brand awareness, market share, seek new opportunities and ultimately continue to measure/improve the business.

I have extensive knowledge in accounting, finance, insurance, legal, operational and strategic related matters.
